    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) —There’s a new restaurant coming soon to the Safe Harbor Marina off Fuhrmann Boulevard.
    Work is underway now on Charlie’s Boat Yard which will have a nautical theme and huge outside deck. The restaurant which replaces Dug’s Dive will have a menu of seafood, sandwiches and burgers.

    Parent group says video shows abuse on Buffalo school bus
    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The mother of a six year old boy is telling a parent group that police found proof that another student abused her son on a Buffalo school bus late last year.
    The District Parent Coordinating Council says it has learned from the boy’s mother that Buffalo police looked at additional video footage after the claims were initially refuted, and that it shows the child being sexually assaulted on the bus by an older student on more than one occasion.
