    “Marshall” focuses on a legal case that proved vital to the civil rights movement. It tells the story of a young Thurgood Marshall, before he became the first African American to sit on the U.S. Supreme Court.

    Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who set up a hotline for voters experiencing issues at the polls, said on Wednesday his office received over 1,000 complaints detailing inconsistencies at the polls.
    The high number of complaints is a record, dwarfing the paltry 150 total complaints filed during the 2012 general election.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Joining the growing list of venues offering concerts in the summer of 2016 is the Seneca Resorts and Casinos group.
    Officials announced what they called a hot lineup of stars and singers to take the stage in the coming warm months at the Seneca Allegany and Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino properties.
    The lineup is as follows:

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) –– We know fast food can taste good, but isn’t always good for us. Anew study says eating it can even mess with your hormones.
    What you may not know, is how drive-thru burgers and Lean Cuisine’s can expose you to a hormone disrupting chemical.
    A new report by the Journal of Environmental Health Perspectives found that people who ate fast food had higher levels of phthalates which is usually found in plastics and cleaning materials.
