    PHILADELPHIA, P.A. (WIVB) – LeSean McCoy may not be off the hook for his alleged involvement in a brawl that sent two off-duty police officers to the hospital last February.
    CBS 3 in Philadelphia reports the attorney general’s office says the Buffalo Bills running back is “not totally cleared.”
    Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams declined to file charges against McCoy earlier this month. William’s decision is now under review, according to CBS 3.

    Three arrested in costly crash at Gates Circle
    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police arrested three suspects Saturday morning in connection with a crash that caused thousands of dollars in damage at Gates Circle.
    Buffalo police say the stolen car slammed into the traffic circle just before 8 a.m. Three individuals then fled the vehicle on foot, but they were arrested a short time later, according to police.
    Officials with the Department of Public Works estimate damage to the fountain and lights is about $10,000.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — One man is in custody following the assault of a woman in broad daylight Saturday morning.
    Police and an ambulance crew rushed to Abbotsford Place on a report of a woman who was assaulted and not alert.
    Witnesses on the scene, who say the attacker was wearing only boxer shorts, helped restrain the attacker until police arrived.

    DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) –  A Dayton man accused in the beating death of a toddler has been found guilty.
    27-year-old Justin Payne was found guilty Friday of Involuntary Manslaughter, Endangering Children and Tampering with Evidence.
