    WASHINGTON (AP) — House Speaker Paul Ryan is definitively ruling out a bid for president this year, telling the GOP, “Count me out.”

    Police search for missing Buffalo teen
    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Officers are on the hunt for a missing teen who was last seen in the area of the 300 block of Auburn this past weekend.
    Buffalo Police say 16-year-old Nuradin Hassan is roughly 5’4″ tall and has a thin build, brown eyes, black hair and dark skin. It’s not known what area he may be in.

    ASHFORD, N.Y. (WIVB) — An 11-year-old child died Monday afternoon after the driver of a pickup truck slammed into the young boy on his bicycle.
    Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Deputies say the driver, who hasn’t been charged with a crime, collided with the child, who rode his bike on Gooseneck Road in Ashford at about 5:15 p.m.
    Once first responders hit the scene, they rushed the child to the Bertrum-Chaffee Hospital, where officials say a doctor pronounced him dead.

    TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) – Amigone Funeral Home’s fight to reopen its crematory in a town of Tonawanda neighborhood is set to move forward Tuesday with a hearing in state Supreme Court.

    TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A court case that could determine whether a crematory in the Town of Tonawanda can re-open goes before a state judge, Tuesday afternoon.
