    Buffalo officer found guilty of a lesser DWI charge
    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Last month, an off-duty Buffalo Police officer was caught drinking and driving in the Allen Street area. Officials said 49-year-old Dave Rodriguez was involved in a car crash and charged with a DWI. No one was injured in the accident.
    Police said Rodriguez refused all sobriety tests.
    Wednesday, an Erie County judge found Rodriguez guilty of a lesser DWI charge, driving while ability impaired. He is sentenced to a conditional discharge which requires him to live a law
