  DAKAR, Senegal (AP) — The World Health Organization says a new case of Ebola has been confirmed in Liberia, days after saying the outbreak no longer qualifies as an international health emergency.

  GRAND BAY, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police have confirmed an officer was shot twice early this morning at the Citgo Station near the I-10 exit in Grand Bay, Alabama. The officer was taken to USA Medical Center. As of 5:30am the officer was listed in stable condition.
