• Pedestrian in serious condition after being struck by vehicle

  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)-  Buffalo police are investigating an early afternoon accident on the city’s west side.
  Accident investigators say an 18 year-old Buffalo female was crossing Pooley when she was struck by a vehicle trying to make a left turn.
  The 24 year-old male driver then lost control of the vehicle and struck a building.
  The female was transported to ECMC and is listed in serious condition.
  No charges have been filed at this time.

  GATLINBURG, Tenn. (WKRN) – The brother of Justin Shults, who went missing after Tuesday’s terror attacks in Brussels, confirmed via social media Saturday that he is dead.

  SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee has banned city workers from non-essential travel to North Carolina after that state approved legislation preventing anti-discrimination protections for gay, lesbian and transgender people.

• NY man accused of double-murder in Puerto Rico back in 2012

  SCHENECTADY, NY (NEWS10) – Police say 27-year-old Jose Manuel Cruz-Reyes was arrested Friday by the U.S. Marshalls for his alleged involvement in a double murder that happened on December 7, 2012 in Puerto Rico.

  BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A vacant train terminal on Buffalo’s waterfront will officially be brought back to life in the form of an NFTA Metro Rail stop.
