    Pedestrian in serious condition after being struck by vehicle
    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)-  Buffalo police are investigating an early afternoon accident on the city’s west side.
    Accident investigators say an 18 year-old Buffalo female was crossing Pooley when she was struck by a vehicle trying to make a left turn.
    The 24 year-old male driver then lost control of the vehicle and struck a building.
    The female was transported to ECMC and is listed in serious condition.
    No charges have been filed at this time.
