    Alleged headstone thief charged after investigation
    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 21-year-old Gowanda man is facing charges for stealing headstones from multiple local cemeteries.
    After learning in early February of multiple missing headstones from cemeteries in Springville and Gowanda, Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies and Gowanda Police Department officers began an investigation.

    FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) — Volkswagen and Audi say they are recalling 850,000 vehicles with suspect air bag inflators in the United States.
    Volkswagen says it has notified the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of the upcoming action involving VW vehicles from model years 2006 to 2014.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Just before 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, Buffalo Police say a southbound vehicle on Bailey Ave. struck another vehicle, pushing it into a building.
