    (CNN) – The cheerleaders for the NFL’s Buffalo Bills were given the go ahead with their class action lawsuit against the team demanding better wages.
    The ruling this week by a New York state judge allows “all Buffalo Bills cheerleaders and ambassadors since April 2008” to come together on the suit. Five former cheerleaders had originally brought individual suits against the team.

    BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB)- The Batavia Police Department is investigating a fatal accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
    The accident happened at the corner of Main and Bank Streets around 7 p.m. Saturday evening. The pedestrian,Joseph Ogozaly, was transported from the scene of the accident via ambulance to a Mercy Flight landing zone. 58 year-old Ogozaly was then flown to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester where he succumbed to his injuries
