  ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB)- Sunday morning Governor Cuomo issued an Executive Order to protect homeless individuals from inclement winter weather where temperatures decline to 32 degrees or below.

   McLEAN, Virginia (AP) — A rule change is keeping a group of female U.S. pilots who flew noncombat missions during World War II from having their ashes laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery.

  Lockport, N.Y. (WIVB) — Family and friends are preparing to say goodbye to a woman from Niagara County who died in a crash out west during the final days of 2015.

  LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police are investigating an allegation of battery against R&B singer Chris Brown.
