    ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB)- Sunday morning Governor Cuomo issued an Executive Order to protect homeless individuals from inclement winter weather where temperatures decline to 32 degrees or below.

     McLEAN, Virginia (AP) — A rule change is keeping a group of female U.S. pilots who flew noncombat missions during World War II from having their ashes laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery.

    LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police are investigating an allegation of battery against R&B singer Chris Brown.
    Lt. Jeff Goodwin says authorities received a call shortly before 10:30 a.m. Saturday about the alleged battery at the Palms Casino Resort. Goodwin would not release any details about the allegation, saying the investigation is still going on.
