(AP) — West Virginia University’s governing board has responded to a wrongful death lawsuit brought by the family of a student who died following a hazing for a fraternity that had its charter revoked.In response to the lawsuit, the WVU’s Board of Governors argues it did not sanction any events that led to Nolan Burch’s death in November 2014, according to the Dominion Post .    NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) — No explosives have been found yet on the suspicious device that caused an Air France flight from Mauritius to Paris to be diverted to Mombasa, Kenya, said a Kenyan police official.

• Springville continues to dig out after first measurable snowfall

  SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB)- The snow was steady in Springville on Saturday. People living in the village told News 4 the intensity and size of the flakes varied but there was persistent precipitation since Friday night.
