    LEON, N.Y. (WIVB) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s say a driver was killed after her car hit a horse.
    The crash happened Tuesday night on Mosher Hollow Road in the town of Leon.
    Deputies say 43-year-old Lerlene Rumsey’s car hit the horse and then hit an embankment and rolled over several times.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- The man who jumped out of a third story window at Buffalo Police headquarters is now accused of attacking a third woman in South Buffalo.
    News 4 has learned that Timothy DiCenzo will be charged in connection to a rape in South Buffalo in 2013. He had already been charged with Rape and Robbery for an attack at Hillery Park on November 3, and for forcible touching of a woman who was waiting at a bus stop last year.
