    PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Charlie Sheen is set to make a public announcement on Tuesday.
    The actor is reportedly HIV positive and will reveal so on Tuesday morning on national television, TMZ reported Monday.
    The National Enquirer also reported the news, claiming he has been HIV positive for over a year and kept the diagnosis a secret.

    Mashable has created Twitter handle at @ParisVictims called En mémoire. Thus far, the group has tweeted out the names and photos of 11 victims, but they promise to send out one tweet for every victim of the attack.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Dozens of people gathered in Buffalo for a moment of silence to remember the victims of the Paris attacks. At least 129 people were killed in the attacks and more than 350 people are injured.
