    BUFFALO, N.Y.(WIVB)- The man who jumped from a  third story window at Buffalo Police headquarters got a hospital visit from a judge Thursday afternoon.
    City Court Judge Diane Wray went to ECMC to arraign 33 year old Timothy DiCenzo, who si still recovering after what police consider an attempt to escape custody.
    It was Tuesday night at Buffalo Police Headquarters, when detectives who were interviewing him report that DiCenzo kicked and pulled at the 3rd story window in the Sex Offense Squad

    The incident occurred in February 2015 around 5 a.m. The victim was a 7-Eleven employee in her early 20s.
