    NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB)- A recent state-wide test showed 88 percent of child car seats inspected in New York were improperly installed.
    More than 1,000 seats were inspected: 931 were installed wrong, and only 112 were installed properly.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Another Buffalo teen suffered a gunshot wound on Tuesday in a daylight shooting.
    Officers say gunfire rang out in the 300 block of Langfield Drive in Buffalo just after 12 p.m. on Tuesday. First responders rushed a 17-year-old to the Erie County Medical Center after he suffered a grazing wound by a bullet.
