    YONKERS, N.Y. (WIVB, TMZ) — Rapper, DMX, or as he is also known, Earl Simmons, was arrested again on Tuesday on a warrant charge from a July court date.
    He is accused of failing to pay child support to his ex-wife, with whom he has four children.
    Simmons spent two months in the Erie County Jail and was released in September.
    The 44-year-old appeared in court Tuesday afternoon and reportedly begged the judge to let him stay out of jail.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The owner of Niagara Falls’ Electro-Dyn Choke Corporation could face 30 years behind bars after admitting to bank fraud.
    Timothy DePetris, 46, made the admission in court Wednesday.
    U.S. Attorney MaryEllen Kresse says DePetris caused payroll checks to be issued to him and one other person even though there was not enough money in the company’s M&T Bank account to cover the checks.
