    In 2013, a jury convicted Kenneth Graham of sex trafficking by force, sex trafficking of a minor by force and sex trafficking of a minor. On Monday, a judge sentenced him to 30 years in prison and to pay $366,000 in restitution and forfeit $80,000 of proceeds from his criminal behavior.

    WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Rexville sex offender is charged with felony failing to register and pot possession, according to Wellsville Police.
