    Police responded to the scene of the dispute in the Village of Bolivar on Thursday and arrested 25-year-old John Johnson.
    Johnson was charged with 2nd degree menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and tampering with physical evidence.
    Following arraignment, Johnson was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000 bail.
