    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Buffalo Police are investigating an overnight shooting that occurred at Kensington Avenue and Eggert Road.
    Detectives say two men were struck by gunfire while apparently exiting a bus in a parking lot just before 4 a.m.
    The two males, a 19 year-old and a 21 year-old, were transported to ECMC with apparent non-life threatening injuries.

    Oakfield man charged for allegedly selling marijuana to 15-year-old
    ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Attica Police arrested a man for allegedly selling marijuana to a 15-year-old at Attica Village Park.
    46-year-old Brian L. Brennan has been charged with criminal sale of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child.
    Brennan was arraigned and remains in custody at the Wyoming County Jail. He is to reappear in Attica Village Court November 9th.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Jean Sanchez decided to spare his victim’s family and his own family the agony of a trial.
    In May of last year he murdered a thirteen year old boy, Ameer Al Shamari, a refugee from Iraq. The killing was over a cell phone. Sanchez was also thirteen.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — All across Buffalo, people may soon be paying parking meter tolls on their cell phones.
    The announcement by Mayor Byron Brown says that a new option allowing payment through a smartphone application may be available by Spring — and maybe even by the end of Winter.
    The process would simply involve reading a number on a parking meter, typing it into a smartphone application, and selecting how many hours to pay for.
