    TOWN OF INDEPENDENCE, N.Y. (WIVB)- NYSP in Amity are investigating a one car fatal accident on Fulmer Valley Rd.
    Police say the vehicle struck a deer and exited the north side of the roadway around 1:50 a.m. Saturday morning.

    ALBANY, N.Y. (AP)- SolarCity says the rooftop panels it will make at a plant being built in Buffalo have been rated the most efficient in the world.
