    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — No criminal charges are being filed in the hit-and-run death of a 68-year-old woman and her dog.
    Dorothy Solomon was struck while walking on Ward Road in the Town of Boston back on May 23. She was rushed to the hospital, but later died.
    Following what police are calling lengthy investigation, authorities ruled there was no criminality involved in the accident.
