    Missana, 42, was previously found guilty of petit larceny and official misconduct after he stole from a purse which was given to him by a bystander who found the bag. Missana took about $130 from the purse before finally returning it to its owner.

    YATES, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Town of Yates man is facing charges from Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputies after an investigation into stolen items.
    Police say they found him to be in possession of a stolen boat motor, lawnmower and more than 12 guns. After police seized the items, they arrested 57-year-old Michael Silversmith and charged him for possession of stolen property, and possessing weapons as a convicted felon.
    Silversmith, a felon, isn’t allowed to possess any firearms.

After colliding with the truck, police say the driver, identified as 44-year-old Salvatore Capella, crashed into another vehicle.
