    NEW YORK, N.Y. (WIVB) — U.S. stocks are closing sharply higher, giving the stock market its best day in close to four years.
    Stocks are rebounding from a six-day slump that was prompted by concerns about the health of the Chinese economy.

    ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) — A Rochester man has admitted to his role in a drug conspiracy that led to a murder on the Seneca Indian Reservation.
    The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 39-year-old Angelo Cruz pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to conspiracy to distribute 280 grams or more of crack cocaine.
    The charge carries a penalty of 20 years to life in prison and a $10 million fine.
