  ASCENSION PARISH - An overturned semi-truck has been blocking an Ascension Parish highway for more than two hours and crews are still trying to clear the road. According to the parish sheriff's office, the accident happened around 12:30 p.m. along Highway 42 at Robert Denham Road.   BATON ROUGE - A person was taken to the hospital after a car clipped the corner of a home in a Baton Rouge subdivision Tuesday morning. The crash was reported around 10 a.m. on Antioch Boulevard, just off Confederate Avenue.
