    NEW ORLEANS- Authorities have arrested two men on numerous counts of child pornography charges.According to a release from Attorney General Jeff Landry's office, both men are registered sex offenders.Jonathan Michael Ruiz, 36, was booked on 550 counts of possession of sexual abuse images/videos of children under the age of 13.
