  Houma- A Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's deputy rescued a 4 month old baby after she was accidently locked inside a car.  Lt. Douglas Chauvin Jr. responded to the 9-1-1 call at the Southland Mall Friday evening. The baby had been crying and then suddenly stopped.  Lt.
