  BATON ROUGE – Investigators say an electrical short in a meter pan caused a fire at a vacant home in Baton Rouge Saturday afternoon.According to the Baton Rouge Fire Department, the incident happened around 4:24 p.m. in the 300 block of Summit Ridge. Firefighters arrived at the scene to find a bathroom engulfed in flames.Firefighters say the fire burned the surrounding area before being contained.
