  HAMMOND – Police say a Hammond man was killed Saturday morning when his motorcycle drifted off a road and struck a guardrail on I-55.According to Louisiana State Police, 24-year-old Charlie Garner died when his motorcycle drifted off the road on the I-55 service road near mile marker 28.4.Police say Garner’s Honda Rebel traveled down a grass embankment and hit an I-55 guardrail support beam.
