  BATON ROUGE – Deputies say a Baton Rouge woman was charged with felony terrorizing after they say she harassed another woman, causing her to want to move and fear for her safety.According to East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, on Jan. 26, deputies were dispatched to an apartment on Jones Creek Village for a harassment complaint.
