    Driver Identified In Fatal Prince George’s County Hit And Run Crash
    GREENSBORO, Nc. (WJZ) — State Police investigators located the vehicle and the driver involved in a Prince George’s County hit and run fatal crash.
    The suspected driver, driving a white and green 2017 Freightliner Cascadia at the time of the crash, is not being identified at this time.
    The victim, identified as Lourdina Hyppolite, 22, of Beltsville, Maryland was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS personnel.

    TIMONIUM, Md. (WJZ) — The Maryland State Fair is going solar.
    More than 7,200 solar panels will be installed on the roofs of the fair’s Cow Palace and other barn building.
    However, the panels won’t fully power the Timonium Fairgrounds.
    Solargaines, a Hunt Valley-based company, will install and maintain the panels.
    No word on when the panels will be installed, but officials hope to have the work done in the spring.

    Heavy rains over the weekend led to sewage overflows located at 500 North Point Rd in Herring Run on November 21.

    CONOWINGO, Md. (WJZ) — The driver of a tractor-trailer was killed after crashing on the Conowingo Dam early Tuesday.
    Police have identified the man as 53-year-old Luis E. Garcia of Ridgewood, NY.
    The tractor-trailer went over the barrier on Route 1 on the south side of the dam around 1:30 a.m. Although the truck dropped eight feet, it did not go into the water.
