    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Vaping has been in the headlines a lot recently after a mysterious vaping related illness has been sickening several people in more than two dozen states.
    The State of Michigan even temporarily banned flavored versions of e-cigarettes on Wednesday, citing a public health emergency.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A woman’s body was found outside a central Baltimore church Wednesday morning, police said.
    Officers were called to St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in the 1900 block of Saint Paul Street just before 9 a.m. When they arrived, they found the 51-year-old woman with trauma to the upper body.Medics at the scene pronounced the woman dead.

    STUART, Iowa (CBS Local) — A New York woman missing since mid-July has been found safe at a convenience store in rural Iowa.
    Police said Amber Garrison, 26, of Smyrna, New York, was taken from a Pennsylvania truck stop, assaulted and held captive for six weeks by a truck driver she meet on a dating app.
    According to investigators, the pair were waylaid off Interstate 80 in Stuart, Iowa, for two weeks because the suspect had issues with his driver’s license.

    GLEN BURNIE, MD. (WJZ) —  Detectives arrested a Glen Burnie man after searching his home Tuesday, where they found crack-cocaine and heroin.
    Detectives issued a search and seizure warrant to the 1400 block of Crain Highway and recovered around 7.04 grams of crack cocaine and 14.32 grams of heroin, as well as paraphernalia items to include packaging materials and a scale- the street value of it all was around $2,400.
