    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police are searching for the person who shot a 17-year-old in the neck.
    On Monday, at about 1 p.m., officers were called out to the 500 block of South Lehigh St. to investigate a reported shooting.

    JOPPA, Md. (WJZ) — A man was arrested and charged with several crimes after he allegedly carjacked a cab Saturday in Joppa.
    Harford County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a report of a carjacking at Joppatowne Plaza around 1:50 p.m.
    They were told an unknown man entered a cab and requested a ride to Baltimore. Then he implied he had a weapon.

  • Dallas Police Officer Charged In Fatal Shooting Of Unarmed Neighbor

    (CNN) — A Dallas police officer who fatally shot a man in his apartment after mistaking it for her own was arrested Sunday on a manslaughter charge, the Texas Rangers said.
    Amber Guyger was off-duty when she shot Botham Shem Jean police said Thursday. The 26-year-old native of St. Lucia was unarmed. He died at a hospital.

  • Man Charged With Attempted Murder In Baseball Bat Attack On Wife

    MCHENRY, Md. (AP) — A western Maryland man faces attempted murder and other charges after authorities say he attacked his wife with a baseball bat.
    Maryland State Police said in a news release late Saturday that troopers were dispatched to a home in McHenry for a report of a domestic incident.
