    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The FBI says the number of sexual assaults aboard airplanes is on the rise, and agents say most of the victims are women and unaccompanied minors.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police have arrested a 37-year-old man accused of murdering his mother in Baltimore.
    Michael Singleton has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his mother, 57-year-old Janie McCray.

    WASHINGTON (AP) — Pedro Alvarez has been designated for assignment by the Baltimore Orioles, who made several moves Tuesday in an attempt to improve a team with the worst record in the big leagues.
