    ODENTON, Md. (WJZ) — Fire officials say a man has been electrocuted in a construction accident at a house in Anne Arundel County.
    Anne Arundel Fire crews responded to the incident in the 1200 block of Annapolis Road in Odenton just after 2 p.m. Wednesday.   • Boy, 14, In Critical Condition After Near Drowning At Six Flags

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A 14-year-old boy is reportedly in critical condition after nearly drowning at Six Flags America in Prince George’s County Wednesday afternoon.
    Rescue crews say this happened at a swimming pool at the amusement park. The boy was rescued from the wave pool.
    He was treated by park officials and paramedics, and later taken to an area hospital, where he is said to be in critical condition.

    BALTIMORE (AP) — A former Maryland resident faces at least 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to child sex trafficking charges.
    Twenty-five-year-old Roland Chick Akum, formerly of Silver Spring, pleaded guilty Tuesday to two counts of sex trafficking of a minor.

  • Raccoon Reaches Top Of Minnesota Skyscraper

    MINNEAPOLIS (WJZ) — He made it! The raccoon that took social media by storm by climbing up a skyscraper finally reached the top.
    It was first spotted Tuesday at the Town Square building in St. Paul in a nook above the sidewalk. When building workers tried to help it down, it got scared and scaled the building about 20 stories up.

    Onlookers posted the animal to social media and it instantly became an internet
