• Police Searching For Missing 13-Year-Old Girl

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Baltimore Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing 13-year-old girl.
    Aniyah Steele was last seen at 7:15 a.m. on Friday. Police say she was truant from school and did not return home after.

    She was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweater, blue skirt, and gray headband.
    Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call detectives at (443) 904-7385 or 911.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police are investigating three homicides that occurred within 24 hours in Baltimore’s Allendale neighborhood this weekend.
    A 65-year-old female and a 22-year-old male were killed following a double shooting on West Mulberry Street overnight Saturday.
    Then on Sunday, at 1:45p.m., officers were called to the 500 block of Normandy Ave. for a report of a shooting.

    BALTIMORE (AP) — Officials in Baltimore are hoping to find ways to reduce number of people injured in accidental falls, and the resulting health costs as well.
    A citywide initiative to be announced Monday is focused on prevention of falls, especially among older residents.
    A similar initiative was announced in 2015.

    Baltimore (WJZ) — A 65 year-old female and a 22 year-old male are dead following a double shooting on West Mulberry street overnight.
    Baltimore city police were called to the 3900 block of West Mulberry street at 11:27pm last night for a report of a shooting.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A two-alarm fire ripped through a Baltimore County apartment building Saturday, leaving 12 apartments destroyed.
    Baltimore County fire officials say crews responded to the scene in the 2400 block of Bytham Court just after 2 p.m.
    Flames were seen shooting out of the roof as heavy smoke filled the air.
