    BALTIMORE (WJZ)– A nonprofit organization is comforting Maryland patients by bringing in therapy dogs.
    National Capital Therapy Dogs is a regional nonprofit that goes into hospitals and nursing homes to help comfort patients with dogs and their handlers.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Two men have been indicted after police say they forced girls and women into prostitution.
    Harry E. Rivers, 28, and Steven M. Williams, 38, were indicted on charges of sex trafficking of a child and by force, fraud, and coercion.

    (CNN) — Public schools across West Virginia are closed Thursday as teachers and other school employees hit the picket lines, demanding higher wages and better benefits.
