    Everything from trees to tires to old propane tanks washed up at a marina in Perryville over the weekend.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A man is in custody after a barricade situation that left a sheriff’s deputy injured in College Park early Monday morning.
    The deputy was serving an emergency psychiatric petition in the 6900 block of Carlton Terrace, less than two miles from the University of Maryland.

    Gilbert M. Gardner has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Sadik Griffin, 22, back on February 13. He is currently being held without bail.

    SARASOTA, Fla. (AP) — Alex Presley and the Baltimore Orioles have agreed to a minor league contract, and the outfielder will report to major league spring training.

    ATLANTA (AP) — Investigators are searching for a delivery food driver who they say opened fire and killed a customer just outside metro Atlanta.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police are investigating a fatal collision involving a pedestrian who was possibly hit by multiple cars on Route 40 in Elkton, Maryland.
    Maryland State Police responded just before 6:30 p.m. to the area near eastbound Route 40 prior to the intersection of Route 279 for a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
