    INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson was one of two men killed early Sunday when a suspected drunken driver struck them as they stood outside their car along a highway in Indianapolis, the team and police said.

  • Car Lands On Top Of Another In Crash; At Least 2 People Injured

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A car ended up on top of another after a crash in Harford County.
    The Susquehanna Hose Company says the incident happened around 11:45 a.m. Sunday on I-95 N near Route 155 in Havre de Grace. When rescue crews arrived, they found one vehicle on top of the other with people inside of both cars.
    Officials say a woman in the top car was removed after crews stabilized the vehicle. She later refused to be transported, but another patient was taken to a local hospital

    PHILADELPHIA (AP) — While Philadelphia Eagles fans prepare for the Super Bowl, police are working to keep any victory celebrations firmly on the ground.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A 27-year-old man who was shot on Thursday has died from his injuries.
    The Baltimore Police Department reports the shooting happened just after 1:15 p.m., in the 200 block of Douglas Court.

    HONOLULU (AP) — The FBI is investigating four Honolulu police officers who are accused of forcing a man to place his mouth on a urinal inside a public restroom, according to the police department’s top official.

    VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) — Televangelist Pat Robertson is recovering after suffering an embolic stroke.
    In an online news release, The Christian Broadcasting Network, which Robertson founded, says he was rushed to the nearest stroke center Friday after a family member recognized the onset of symptoms.

    BALTIMORE(WJZ) – At least two people have been killed and 70 wounded following a collision between an Amtrak passenger train and a CSX freight train in South Carolina.
    The crash happened around 2:30 Sunday morning.
    Amtrak released a statement saying: “Amtrak Train 91, operating between New York and Miami, came in contact with a CSX freight train at around 2:35 am in Cayce, South Carolina. The lead engine derailed, as well as some passenger cars.”

    CAYCE, S.C. (AP) — A crash between an Amtrak passenger train and a CSX freight train in South Carolina on Sunday killed two people and injured about 70 others, authorities said.

     (CNN) — Police in Italy have arrested a man suspected of opening fire Saturday on foreign nationals in the town of Macerata, injuring six people.
    A police photo shows a man being apprehended who appears to have an Italian flag wrapped around his neck.
