    DETROIT (AP) — Dennis Edwards, a Grammy-winning former member of the famed Motown group The Temptations, has died. He was 74.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A 24-year-old man has been arrested for the murder of a 26-year-old man in Baltimore last week, authorities say.
    According to police, Anthony Alston has been charged with first-degree murder for shooting and killing an unidentified man.

    HONOLULU (AP) — A former Hawaii state worker who sent a false missile alert last month said Friday he’s devastated about causing panic but was “100 percent sure” at the time that the attack was real.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Authorities are searching for a missing Middle River teen who was last seen Thursday.
    Baltimore County police say 15-year-old Jordan Joseph Jones was last seen around 6 p.m. in the 600 block of Lanoitan Road.Jones is described as a white male, 5-feet-8-inches tall and 135 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
    Detectives say he was last seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans and black tennis shoes.

    The Baltimore Sun reports that Archbishop Curley’s principal sent an email Friday saying science teacher and varsity football coach, Sean Sandora, is “no longer employed” by the school.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police are investigating after an elderly man was killed and a family of four was injured in a crash in White Marsh, Maryland.
    Baltimore Couty Police responded to the incident on Honeygo Boulevard near Silver Spring Road just after 2 p.m. on Friday.
    Investigators say a 2001 Lexus ES300 was traveling southbound on Honeygo Boulevard and struck a 2010 Jeep Commander in the intersection. The Jeep was traveling westbound on Silver Spring Road leading up to the collision.

    LOS ANGELES (AP) — The semi-automatic handgun that fired accidentally inside a Los Angeles middle school classroom came from a 12-year-old girl’s backpack and the single bullet tore through the wrist of another girl before striking a boy’s head, police said Friday.
