    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore County Police are investigating an alleged assault involving students at McDonogh School in Owings Mills.
    In a letter to the school community, the school’s headmaster, Charles W. Britton, stated he learned last week of a “very troubling situation … that is profoundly disappointing and unacceptable.” The situation, according to Britton, involved students in the Upper School — which is made up of ninth through 12th grades.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police say the son of a 70-year-old woman who was found dead and “concealed” in her Dundalk home is facing murder charges.
    Baltimore County Police were called to the home in the 200 block of Walnut Avenue on Wednesday for two missing persons. Officers were told that Gwendolyn Blondell McCullers had not been in contact with her family for several days.     WHITE PLAINS, Md. (AP) — Authorities say an apparent murder-suicide caused the deaths of a Maryland couple a day after the wife obtained a protective order against her husband.
    Charles County police identified the dead couple as Calvin and Candace Carnathan, both 33. They say it appears he shot her and then killed himself in their White Plains home.

  • Jury: Man Guilty Of Manslaughter In Death Of Ex-NFL Player

    GRETNA, La. (AP) — The man who killed NFL running back Joe McKnight in a December 2016 road-rage confrontation was found guilty of manslaughter Friday by a jury in suburban New Orleans.
