    WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court is adding a dispute over Maryland’s congressional map to its consideration of partisan gerrymandering.

    NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania gas station is testing whether blue lights in bathrooms can discourage drug use by making it difficult for people to see their veins.

    BETHESDA, Md. (AP) — A man is accused of sending a barrage of obscene and harassing text messages to an officer who gave him a citation in Maryland.
