  LOS ANGELES (AP) — Model Keri Claussen Khalighi has come forward to accuse Def Jam Records mogul Russell Simmons of sexual misconduct in 1991 when she was 17 years old.
  In a report Sunday in the Los Angeles Times, Khalighi says that Simmons coerced her to perform a sex act and later penetrated her without her consent in his New York apartment.   BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Annapolis Police Department is investigating after a 17-year-old was hospitalized with life threatening injuries after being shot Saturday afternoon.
  Police say the shooting happened just before 5 p.m., on President St., between Van Buren and Madison Streets.
  Responding officers found the 17-year-old victim, who was taken to an area hospital. Police say his injuries are considered life threatening at this time.
