    PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A man opened fire on a group of teenagers sitting on a stoop of a northern Philadelphia home, killing a 16-year-old and wounding a 12-year-old, less than 24 hours after mourners gathered for the funeral of another 16-year-old shooting victim, police said.
    The suspect, described as in his early 20s, approached the group and opened fire shortly after midnight Saturday, then fled, they added.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — One person is dead and another is injured after a shooting at a bar in Baltimore County overnight Saturday.
    Police say the shooting happened just after 1 a.m., at the parking lot of Slate Lounge, located in the 9000 block of Liberty Rd. in Randallstown.
    The shooting is believed to have occurred during a fight that involved a large group of people in the parking lot.

    CLEVELAND (AP) — Authorities say a 2-week-old girl has died after being attacked by a family dog in Cleveland.
    Police say the infant was bit shortly before 7 p.m. Friday and died about two hours later at a hospital.
    The Cleveland police homicide unit, which is called to all deaths involving young children, is investigating.
