    The study conducted by Inrix senior economist Bob Pishue says the amount of time Baltimore drivers spend stuck in traffic makes it one of the slower moving cities in the country.

    HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — Officials say two people have died in a house fire in western Maryland.
    Firefighters responded to a duplex on Snyder Avenue in Hagerstown around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.

    TIFFIN, Ohio (AP) — Ohio police say an 8-year-old girl died when sheets of drywall leaning against a wall fell and pinned her in her grandmother’s garage while she was looking for kittens.
