    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police are investigating a double shooting Wednesday afternoon that police say resulted in the death of a man.
    The shooting happened at 4:05 p.m., near Greenmount Ave. and Biddle St.
    A 23-year-old man and one woman were shot.
    Police say the man has died, while the other was taken to a hospital. The second victim’s condition is unknown.

    HOLLIS, Maine (AP) — A man accused of drunkenly strolling down a road in Maine wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and a clown mask and brandishing a machete taped to his amputated arm has been arrested.

    DES MOINES, Iowa (WJZ/AP) — U.S. health officials are investigating a salmonella outbreak linked to papayas from Mexico that has killed a person in New York City and sickened another 46 people in 12 states.
    The Food and Drug Administration said Tuesday that 12 people had been hospitalized.

    Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission spokesman Rob Klepper said in an email Tuesday that the agency had been alerted to the video by a web tip.
    The email says investigators are trying to identify the individuals in the video and where it took place. He says it wasn’t immediately clear if any violations had taken
