    MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Jonathan Schoop and Mark Trumbo each homered for Baltimore, Wade Miley produced his best start in more than five weeks and the Orioles beat the Minnesota Twins 5-1 on Saturday to stop a five-game losing streak.
    Manny Machado added an RBI double to help the Orioles beat the Twins for the first time in six meetings this season. This was just their third win in 11 games.

    Authorities say the 41-year-old female was injured when she fell in “a particularly rugged area” of the Frederick Municipal Forest.

    The wreck happened just after 4:45 p.m., on Interstate 795 at McDonough Rd., when Maryland State Police reports Jason Karl Jones was southbound on a beige 1997 Kawasaki VN1500 motorcycle.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Baltimore Sun Media Group plans to close Baltimore City Paper later this year, according to an article on the paper’s website.
    The Baltimore Sun Media Group, which is owned by Tribune Co., bought City Paper from Times-Shamrock Communications back in 2014.
