    ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — A Maryland court has rejected an appeal from a Salisbury man serving life in prison for the drug-related slaying of a Delaware man.
    The Court of Special Appeals on Thursday ruled against Deshaune Darling, who challenged the admission of certain evidence at his trial in the death of 40-year-old Radames Guzman of Magnolia, Delaware.

    Fourteen kids were transported to area hospitals for mild to moderate heat exhaustion and dehydration.
    Emergency responders say a charter bus pulled over in Anne Arundel County on northbound I-97 at Crownsville Road Friday night.

    Montgomery Co. Police Investigate Quadruple Shooting; 1 Fatal
    BALTIMORE (WJZ)– One man has died and several others are hurt after a shooting in Montgomery County.
    Police responded around 1 a.m. Saturday in the 12,800 block of Kitchen House Way in Germantown for a shooting.
    Officers say they found two men and two women suffering from gunshot wounds.
    They were transported to the hospital, where one of the male victims died.
    The other three are expected to survive.
    Detectives call the death a homicide and are investigating.
