    The former Maryland congressman passed away Thursday night.  Hogan represented parts of Anne Arundel and Prince Georges Counties, when he made his mark during the Watergate scandal in 1974.
    Congressman Lawrence Hogan would be the first Republican during the Nixon Administration to call for the president’s impeachment.

    LOS ANGELES (AP) — Cuba Gooding Sr., who sang the 1972 hit “Everybody Plays the Fool,” has died.
    Authorities say the 72-year-old singer and father of Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr. was found dead in a car Thursday in the Woodland Hills section of Los Angeles.
    Coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter says the cause of death is under investigation, but drug paraphernalia and alcohol were found in the car parked on a busy street.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) – Fire crews were called to a 3-alarm fire at an abandoned Baltimore City warehouse early Friday morning.
    Officials responded to the 500 block of South Monroe Street just before 3:30 a.m.
    When they arrived, they saw heavy smoke and flames exiting from the three story warehouse. The building used to be the Royal Furniture warehouse before becoming vacant.
