A shortwave will swing through the central Appalachians to Delmarva and then quickly move off the coast tomorrow morning. Models suggest that a coating to an inch (to perhaps 2 inches) of snow can accumulate around Baltimore and especially areas south.

    Judge Blocks Order To Detain Green Card Holders At Dulles
    ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) — A federal judge in Virginia issued a temporary restraining order that for one week will block green card holders arriving at Dulles International Airport from being removed from the country.
    The order, issued Saturday by U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema, also says that anyone detained at the airport should have access to a lawyer.

    Police say the incident happened at 2 p.m., in the 700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, on Friday, January 20.
    The woman pictured went up to another woman, and set her hair on fire, according to police.

    John Menefee was last seen at 3 a.m. on January 29, near Old Line Ave. and Laurel Fort Meade Rd., in Laurel.
    Police say Menefee is a cancer patient, and is 5’5” and weighs 125 lbs.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Harford County investigators take down a massive marijuana operation and a man transporting hundreds of cartons of cigarettes.
