    BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Aberdeen Police arrested a man who attempted to flee an officer, who was injured in the incident Monday.
    Around 1:10 p.m., officers from the Aberdeen Police Department attempted to arrest Robert T. Henderson, 31, for an open felony warrant for narcotics violations directly related to drug activity in this area.
    Henderson was located at 18 East Bel Air Avenue at the Amtrak Station. He was approached by a patrol officer who attempted to take him into custody.

(AP) — State officials in Maryland are lending reflective vests to children and their Halloween chaperones.The Maryland Department of Transportation says adults can pick up the vests at most State Highway Administration maintenance facilities beginning Wednesday and ending Friday.     BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Michael Phelps and Nicole Michele Johnson married back in June in Paradise Valley, Arizona, according to the Baltimore Sun.
    TMZ reported the Olympian and his fiancee secretly tied the knot. They had been engaged since February of 2015.
    The Sun confirmed a marriage license with Phelps and Johnson’s names is in the system.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Students from Frederick Douglas High School were invited the White House Wednesday to visit the inspiration behind one of their recent projects.
    After a tour of the White House’s East wing students from the Baltimore high school head to its garden.
    The trip gave students an up-close look at a garden very similar to the one they created back in April with the help of an $11,000 grant from the U. S. Department of Agriculture.
